The Scan solution ensures digitization of all existing or newly generated paper documents. Via central scan stations and forwarding procedures you can store your paper-based documents simply in SharePoint. The process is very easy: all standard possibilities such as barcode reading, automatic page orientation and automatic deletion of empty pages are available in individual applications. Moreover, classification and indexing template options are directly included in the scan application. Scan can also be combined with the Incoming Mail solution by ecspand.
